How we work.
Whether you’re building in the South East or anywhere in the Greater Melbourne area, every project is different with its own set of complexities. Our experienced team manages the entire building process from start to finish, guiding you through every stage from the initial consultation to the final delivery.
1. Consultation
Once you make your initial phone call, we will arrange an appointment for you to meet with Peter and discuss your project.
2. Design
Nick and Peter will assist you through the design process and direct you to affiliated designers or architects who will best meet your design needs.
3. Drafting
When you receive your concept drawings, we will then provide you with a budget estimate for your project. This will give you a cost indication of your design at an early stage, enabling you to stick to your budget and make any changes necessary before full drawings are produced.
4. Confirmation
When you have decided on your final design within your budget and have final working drawings in hand, we will provide you with a 100% fully inclusive proposal. As bespoke builders, we have full flexibility to make changes during the construction process as well if you need.
5. Contracts
Once you give us approval, we will then draw up building contracts and subsequently apply for Home Owners Warranty Insurance and building permits. We take care of all the paperwork, eliminating the extra stress for you.
6. Construction
Upon receiving all of the necessary approvals, Peter, Nick and the team will commence construction of your new home or renovation.
